Distribution System  (For Local Buyers)

• A list of new releases is displayed in the Board regularly at our Sales-II section near the entrance gate. This section is assigned, with the task of receiving orders, issue bills and supply of books after securing them from the store godowns. Smaller sales depots at different locations like one at Kitab Mahal, Udyog Bhawan, Delhi High Court, cater to the needs of public of the nearby areas.

• Outstation demand for books are executed by post, rail and road transport by hiring and carrying contractor's services on competitive rates.

• Sales Depots are opened in Mumbai and Kolkata to cater the need of book lovers in these regions.

• Authorized Agents are appointed regularly in the States on the prevalent Book Trade Terms & Conditions on the basis of work performance and in the case of default agency agreements are terminated.

• Dispatch expenses of books are generally borne by us in accordance with Government's Postal Rules.
